SURGICAL ONCOLOGY
Case #1 -
A 32 year old with a lesion on her lower R leg

DISCUSSION QUESTIONS:
8.) What is the surgical management in this patient?

The surgical management is complete excision of the lesion. If nodes are clinically present and metastases are proven on FNA of palpable nodes, then a lymph node dissection is also done. If there are no palpable nodes, then a sentinel node biopsy is done.
