A 32 year old female is referred to you with a small dark lesion on her lower right leg. She noted this about four months ago and thinks that its size has increased. She also thinks the color has changed. On exam there is a 7 mm dark lesion with irregular borders on the lower leg. No lymph nodes are felt.
