hyperhomocysteinemia, antithrombin III deficiency, protein C deficiency, protein S deficiency - Acquired: cancer, myeloproliferative disorders, pregnancy, use of oral, contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy, antiphospholipid antibodies, mild to moderate hyperhomocysteinemia
