Case #2 - A 21 year old with an electric shock

 
CLINICAL CASE:
A 21 year old male electrician was tapping into a 7200 volt line when he was shocked. He has amnesia for the event, but is now alert and oriented and in no distress except for his arm and leg. He has contact points on his right hand and right thigh. His right arm is dark brown and tensely swollen to the elbow. Pulses are normal at the wrist.
