Differential diagnosis at age 50: inflammatory bowel disease, polyps, malignancy, AV malformations, diverticulosis.


Differential diagnosis at age 20: Meckel's diverticulum, inflammatory bowel disease, polyps.


Differential diagnosis at age 10: Meckel's diverticulum, polyps, ulcerative colitis.
