4.) What are two main types of diaphragmatic hernias and how do you define each one?

Types of diaphragmatic hernias:

a. Sliding hiatal hernia: gastroesophageal junction above the diaphragm and cardia in the posterior mediastinum

b. Paraesophageal hernia: gastroesophageal junction in its normal position and fundus herniated into mediastinum
