Alison Hirst, MS, CCC-SLP, LMP, is a speech language pathologist who specializes in gender affirming voice therapy, voice, upper airway, swallowing disorders, and head and neck cancer rehabilitation in the Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery Department at UW Medical Center – Montlake.


Alison has always loved working with and learning from her patients. There is no greater gift than having a patient express that gender affirming voice therapy helped them achieve confident communication that is authentic to their identity. It is an honor to be a part of the journey with her patients.


In her free time, she enjoys swimming open water year-round and spending time with her family.
