Bio
Sarah E. Halter, M.D. is a board-certified family medicine physician who sees patients at the UW Neighborhood Factoria Clinic.
Dr. Halter’s clinical interests include women’s health, LGBTQA+ care (including gender-affirming hormone treatment in adult patients) and PrEP, mental health, and nutrition. She is a HAES-friendly physician.
Dr. Halter believes in treating the whole patient, not just a disease or disorder. She enjoys working with patients so that they can fully understand what’s happening in their own bodies. She believes in healthy preventive care practices and evidence-based medicine.
