How does plant diversity help communities deal with climate change and drought stress? We use a model plant organism to understand how genetic diversity and trait diversity relate to ecosystem function. These ecological questions have implications for agriculture and natural resource management in a time of rapid global change.
Student Responsibilities
Sow and plant seeds, measure plant traits, collect plant and soil samples, analyze data
