Enrollment Confirmation System Webinar

The Enrollment Confirmation System Webinar and PDF slides are available now! If you were not able to attend the webinar on September 14, we encourage you to review the information.

Important Note!

The new system will accept Enrollment Confirmation Deposit (ECD) payments up to the first day of the quarter. Beginning September 28 and prior to October 7, students with a status of “Offered – Cards Made” will be required to have their enrollment confirmed manually by the Office of the University Registrar before registering. Students should send an email to regmail@uw.edu for assistance.

Students in both tuition-based and fee-based programs pay their Enrollment Confirmation Deposit (ECD) in the new Enrollment Confirmation System (ECS). Graduate Non-matriculated (GNM) and Visiting Graduate students do not pay an Enrollment Confirmation Deposit.
