Autumn 2016 Applications – Action Required!

Please take the following actions on your Autumn 2016 applications before September 28:

1. Enter admissions decisions for any applications still in “Received” status.
   Note: Applications without decisions are automatically changed to “Denied” status after the 8th day of the quarter.
2. Instruct your students with a status of “Offered – Cards Made” to log in to their online application to Accept and Confirm or to Decline the offer.
   Note: Students cannot register until they have paid the ECD. Students who wait to Accept and Confirm on or after September 28th will need to do so in person and pay the ECD by check with the Office of the University Registrar.
3. Submit a petition to “Defer” Autumn 2016 admission for any student starting in a future quarter/year. Before you submit the petition, make sure the student is not registered.
4. If a student with a status of “Offer Accepted – Enrolled Packet Made” has decided not to attend UW, please submit an “Other” petition requesting the student’s status be changed to “Confirmed Declined.” Before you submit the petition, make sure the student is not registered.
