5/27 Weekly ARCF Construction Update

Significant ARCF construction activities for this week include:

• Excavation and hauling work continues– there will be increased truck traffic on NE Boat St, NE Pacific St, 15th Ave NE.
• Underpinning soldier piles continues, footing demolition and work ongoing at the loading dock.
• Install concrete curb cut to site entrance from Boat Street. One lane of Boat Street and sidewalk will be shut down.
• New temporary pedestrian ramp will be built and the existing switchback ramp will be demolished.
