CSS Hiring Updates

With Summer comes some exciting updates for HSA’s Center for Shared Services.

Dave Erickson has joined the department as the new Finance Manager. Dave came aboard on June 25, 2019. Dave comes with a wealth of experience in management across the hospitality and mortgage industries. He was most recently the General Manager of a large resort in Southwest Washington. He has a keen eye for process improvement and knows how to motivate and get the best out of those around him. We are so happy to have someone with his diverse experience and skill set. Welcome, Dave!

Elsa Schirmer has also joined the department on the Finance side as a Fiscal Specialist 1. Elsa’s first day was July 15, 2019, and she has hit the ground running. Elsa has an impressive background in fiscal work, most recently at Purdue University. Before that, she honed her skills as the Director of Human Resources at the Seattle Theatre Group. CSS is happy to have her, and Seattle is happy to have her back!
