The Society of General Internal Medicine recently featured an informative article written by D.C. Dugdale, MD, FACP, Director of the Hall Health Center. Dr. Dugdale says of writing the article, “It is something inspired by a series on care transitions in this newsletter earlier this year, aimed at the issues around transitioning chronically ill kids to adult care.”
