HSA Shared Services Center Vision
The Health Sciences Administration Shared Services Center (SSC) will combine transactional services from our HSA units into one operation that offers high-quality customer service as part of an overall strategy that focuses on the optimal use of university resources. The SSC will provide one-stop services for high volume, routine transactions related to accounting, purchasing, billing, human resources, IT support and other administrative functions.Our Goals
Our SSC model will achieve:
