UW Tacoma Business Student Ambassadors uwtbsa.org

The Business Student Ambassadors are a service organization committed to serving the Milgard School of Business, the University of Washington, Tacoma, and the greater community. These are only a few of the ways they accomplish their goals:

New Student Orientation: BSA's present tips and strategies for success to incoming juniors.

Career Fair: BSA members coordinate all volunteers and help make the event run smoothly.

Service Projects: BSAs do service projects throughout the year to benefit the local community. Their activities have included a project to provide holiday dinners for needy families, and building a house with Habitat for Humanity.

Each BSA acts as a mentor for a group of new students at fall orientation and throughout the academic year.

BSAs help represent UWT at the annual BizExpo held at the Tacoma Dome every fall.

Etiquette Dinner: The BSAs coordinated a dinner, open to the community, dedicated to developing basic social and dining etiquette skills.

Each year the BSAs try to find creative ways to raise funds to offer scholarships for new Business students.
