How to Apply


Eligibility Requirements

 

Application Process

To be eligible for BSA membership, you must:

  • be a business major
  • have a minimum GPA of 2.8 at UWT
  • be registered for your 2nd quarter at UWT
  • have successfully completed two 300-level core business courses (applications are accepted prior to completion of the courses)
  • be nominated by a current BSA, business adviser, or business faculty member

STEP 1: Find a Nominating Sponsor from a current BSA member, business adviser, or business faculty member.

STEP 2: Ask for a Faculty Recommendation from a business faculty member. Print off the recommendation form below, and the faculty will submit it directly to us.

STEP 3: Write a Goal Statement no more than one typed page in length. Why are you interested in becoming a Business Student Ambassador? How would you like to contribute? What activities most interest you?

STEP 4: Submit the Membership Application Form containing your Background Information and Goal Statement. Be ready to cut and paste the text of your Goal Statement into this online form.

Your application is not complete until all items are received. You will be notified upon receipt of material. Please allow time for us to review your application and for you to meet the eligibility requirements.
