A report of your autumn quarter/semester activities are due by November 1. If you have activities planned for the period of November 1 – December 31, please list them as “upcoming” on your autumn report. On your next report (winter quarter or first half of spring semester), please provide an update on those planned activities (did they happen, or were they cancelled? if they happened, please provide the usual details).
For any students who received an award, please have them complete the student profile form ASAP.
