Ange Vittone

I received my B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Religion from Temple University. While there, I was involved in both a social psychology and an adaptive memory lab, both examining how fear may evoke different emotional regulation strategies for individuals. After graduation, I wanted to further advance my academia and research in the field of sexual victimization. As a graduate student, my research interests explore sexual victimization disclosure experience differences, particularly amongst sexual and gender minoritized individuals. Overall, I hope my research brings visibility towards often overlooked victimization populations, and as a whole increase assault reports and decrease existing stigmatizations.
