We do online videos, TV commercials, digital banner ads, comic books, websites, mobile apps, research deliverables, whitepapers, competitive positioning, customer journey mapping, and IT Infrastructure (to name a few). We do this for Alaska Airlines, Bing, Surface, Office 365, Windows, Amazon, VMWare any many more.

Role

Our internship has 3 pillars: Client work, Education, and an Intern Project. The goal of this internship is to give you the skills and experience you’ll need to grow in a role in design, while also showing you how cool it is to be a Slatarian.
We are looking for motivated individuals that are looking to cut their teeth in the design industry. Design interns will be creating exciting work for our clients while being mentored by a designer on the team. You will be exposed to many different aspects of real-world design through project work, critiques and being a part of the team.
Our interns will never be relegated to getting coffee, shredding papers, or answering the front desk phone. Rather, they will be important and contributing members of their assigned teams.

Responsibilities

Contribute to and lead projects from concept to delivery
Critiquing other designers work
Brainstorming with design and greater team to create compelling stories
Hungry to learn

Recommended Experience and Skills

1-2 years of design school programs completed by start date
Experience in a professional work setting preferred
Must possess strong interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude
Have the ability to “multi-task” on a continual basis, and to manage multiple deadlines
Proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite
