Proactive Health: a Naturopathic Clinic is an award – winning specialty integrative clinic focused on endocrinology and gut health. Videographer Internship
We are looking for a first-class, friendly professional, creative and customer-obsessed video shooter / editor. You will work closely with our Award-Winning head physician and CEO, Dr. Elena Zinkov to create engaging media content for her clients and audiences – from training material to social media content.
You will be our primary production lead. You will be involved through the entire production process, from pre-production tasks, operating cameras, to video editing in post-production. You will need to have skills in all aspects of video production, and be familiar with the entire production process.
We are a small team, and are looking for a passionate storyteller who can bring big ideas, help us continually raise the bar, and thrives in a creative team environment.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE:
● Year-long, Part-time (10-15 hours per week)

COMPENSATION:
● $15/hour
QUARTERLY BONUS:
● $500 based on performance
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Plan, set up, light, and shoot video content
● Be willing to complete shoots with limited help
● Log, organize, and edit footage into compelling videos, including color correction and
audio mixing
● Work closely with executive team (Co-founder / CEO / Head Physician and Co-founder /
CFO / COO) and a researcher to create high quality media content
● Help build processes and workflows to streamline video production
● Manage and maintain prompt, thorough, professional communication with all team
members and stakeholders
● Manage several assignments concurrently
● Operate with frugality and create stunning work with limited budget
CAPABILITIES:
● Strong understanding of filmmaking principles (story, timing, traditional use of
perspective, etc.)
● Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and graphic form
● Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Photoshop or other
platforms used to create basic graphic content
● Intermediate proficiency on iMovie to create compelling video content
● Proven ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
● Proven team player and collaborator
● Demonstrated creativity, innovation and good judgement
● Working knowledge of digital cameras, and video production equipment (such as lighting
and stabilization)
● Be open to sharing ideas, concepts, and best practices with team
