CoCA Job Opportunity: Operations Manager

Seattle’s Center on Contemporary Art, CoCA, is seeking an Operations Manager to join our collaborative team. CoCA is a successful, small, 38-year-old art nonprofit presenting cutting edge exhibitions. We amplify important voices in contemporary art including artists from underrepresented groups.

CoCA embraces a community-focused, inclusive, consensus-driven leadership model; we seek an Operations Manager whose skills dovetail with this framework. The successful candidate will demonstrate nonprofit management experience (admin, program, and development support) & excellent skills with organization, communication, & task execution. Arts development or finance background is a plus. 32 hrs/week, pay $2000 – 2500/month based on experience.
