Teach For America Seeks 2021 Corps Applicants

Teach For America is a collective force of leaders with classroom experience working toward more equitable systems for all. We are committed to profound systemic change, because we know equity begins with education. Over 750 UW grads have joined Teach For America, and UW is the #7 contributor to Teach For America in the country.

Teach For America corps members are hired as full-time, salaried teachers and serve for two years in the classroom.

As a corps member, you’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the lives of your students. You’ll work closely with your school team, teacher coaches, families, and community members to prepare today’s kids to become tomorrow’s leaders.

This is a fully paid position with a 15% acceptance rate (more selective than Harvard Law School). Alumni lead change in a variety of career fields from educators, entrepreneurs, doctors, policy-makers, and school leaders. Our last junior deadline is Friday, April 10th at midnight. This deadline is exclusively for juniors. Applying early gives you a higher likelihood of getting one of your top preferences in regions.
