Here’s where you come in:

We are currently seeking an amazing Graphic Designer focused on illustration and layout to join our team as a member of our growing Enterprise Sales and Marketing division.

 

You’re great at:

  • Deciphering and translating technical information and schematics for multiple audiences with a focus on illustration and layout work across digital and print sales collateral.
  • Providing creative direction, instilling fresh ideas and approaches across sales pursuits.
  • Seeing an opportunity or problem, identifying resources needed, and working to a resolution.
  • Working alongside sales teams to improve visual storytelling within proposals, presentations, and other outreach materials.
  • Reviewing existing content and outreach materials for opportunities to insert visuals to form a more compelling and impactful narrative.
  • Developing, modifying, and managing corporate templates in InDesign, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Initiating/coordinating/leading photography efforts.
  • Working within a fast-paced, internal-agency team supporting multiple business units across the U.S.
  • Staying on top of graphic design technologies, best practices, and trends.
  • Managing workload to meet established schedules/deadlines.

Perform other duties as assigned.

 

What we would like to see from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or equivalent work experience required.
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, infographics, technical illustrations and layout, and production work.
  • Mastery of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and other applicable graphic programs
  • Mastery of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience creating templates for sales and business development outreach
  • Preferred AEC (architecture, engineering, construction) industry experience
  • Preferred AEC proposal experience
