Academic Support Programs is hiring Academic Success Coaches!
Are you interested in supporting students in identifying and overcoming academic challenges? Do you enjoy the idea of sharing resources related to time management, motivation, and study strategies with students? Interested in an on-campus job?
Academic Support Programs is now hiring Academic Success Coaches for the 2021-2022 Academic Year! Academic Success Coaching is an interactive process that empowers students to get from where they are now to where they want to be. Academic Success Coaches are peers that students can make one-on-one appointments with to help build skills for success. These positions are open to both undergraduate and graduate students at UW.
Coaches work with students from all backgrounds and majors. We are excited to collaborate with campus partners in providing support for various populations including but not limited to transfer students, students reinstated to the university, and students struggling academically by providing specialized coaches for these positions. We are hiring a Transfer Student Success Coach and Reinstatement Coach along with general Academic Success Coaches to help support these communities.
