Seattle ReCreative promotes creativity, community, and environmental stewardship through creative reuse and arts education. ReCreative fulfills this mission by collecting donations of used materials that might otherwise end up in the landfill and redistributing them to our community through our retail shop and art classes. The creative reuse center, which includes a community workshop, retail store, and children’s play space, has been open on Greenwood Avenue since January 2015. As Seattle’s first creative reuse center, ReCreative has been enthusiastically welcomed by
the community and is a growing organization on a path to success.
Seattle ReCreative invites artists who have a passion for sustainability and an interest in reuse art to submit work for our Exhibiting Artists Program! Our next shows are April 11th and 12th.

Seattle ReCreative is looking for submissions that make use of reclaimed or unconventional materials. Due to space constraints, we only accept submissions that can be hung on a wall.
