Camp Winadu: Summer Art Director/Camp Counselor Paid Internship

• If you are interested in running your own creativity studio, creating your own projects and teaching children your passion, we want you to be our Art Director.
• This is an ideal summer position for any art student or professional looking for a hands-on experience in a unique, fast-paced, exciting, fun and outdoor environment.
• Develop summer art projects and lead campers in completing various projects throughout the summer.
• Previous projects have included canvas painting, sun-catchers, origami, fuse beads, graffiti, friendship bracelets and more, we seek your creativity and ideas for new 2026 projects.
• Opportunity to develop your own portfolio while sharing your passion with kids.
• All Staff will work throughout the summer as General Leadership Counselors (in addition to their specific area) and take part in every part of the Winadu program from the Lake to the Pool, NFL Day to Shaving Cream Fights, gaining valuable leadership skills and networking opportunities for any career.
• Leadership Counselors will also have ample coaching and leadership opportunities with the ability to have a positive impact on kids and build their resume, no matter your major.
• The ideal candidate will be high energy, fun and flexible and excited to provide an experience that can enhance the skill level of every camper embracing our motto “Building Character Through Sports”.

Camp Winadu is approximately 3 hours from Boston & NYC, located in the Berkshire Mountain Region of Massachusetts.
