UW Jumpstart: Recruiting

Jumpstart is a leading national early education organization working toward the day every child in America enters kindergarten prepared to succeed. We are currently recruiting Corps Members to serve in preschool classrooms throughout the 2017-2018 academic year. Corps Members will work on small teams with other UW undergraduates, which are led by Team Leaders, and implement a curriculum that focuses on language, literacy, and social-emotional skills

Qualifications:
  • Enjoys working with children or would like experience
  • Open to learning with and from our communities
  • Currently enrolled at UW
Benefits:
  • Work-Study students can be paid hourly for service (visit Schmitz 520 if unsure of your financial aide package)
  • Eligible students can earn Segal AmeriCorps Education Award
