UW Electrical & Computer Engineering has an opening for a PR & Communications Student Assistant. This opening is for current students only. The position starts either Summer or Fall Quarter 2022 depending on the applicant’s availability, with a few training days at the end of Spring 2022.
This position primarily produces graphic design projects for the department such as social media posts, flyers, posters, event programs, promotional emails, etc. Though this position requires competency in graphic design software like the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), it is a great opportunity to gain professional development in other areas of marketing and communications such as social media post production, account management, technical writing, and more.
