Touch a human brain, see some incredible neuroscience art, and chat with graduate and medical school students at Grey Matters’ Dawg Daze Event! As always, everyone is invited, regardless of major, year, or background in science.
Our event will take place Tuesday, September 27, 2022 from 10 am to 12 pm in SAV 260.
We hope you can join Grey Matters to gain valuable experience with scientific content creation, build community with like-minded students, and develop skills in leadership and teamwork.
Feel free to stay for the whole event or simply drop in when you can:
9:50am: Neuroscience art gallery viewing and interactive art project
10am – 10:45am: Human brain demonstration by Professors Sam Golden (Neuroscience) and Kate Mulligan (SOM)
10:45: Introduction to Grey Matters and opportunities to get involved
11: Graduate and medical school panel
11:40: Neuroscience art gallery viewing
12: Raffle prize winners announced
You are invited afterwards to our Don’t Yell At Me fundraiser from 12 pm to 11 pm! We will be passing out flyers at our Dawg Daze event, bring those to the shop to get 10% off your drink!
