My name is Zezi. I’m a tattoo artist and shop owner in Ballard. I’m looking for two apprentices in the art department.
I had my art master’s degree from Pratt Institute. I was an art teacher in NYC public school for six years before I became a tattoo artist. When I was in art college and graduate school, I remembered the dilemma of pursuing my passion in art and getting my bills paid. I hope to help art school students when I can. The apprenticeship may lead to a full-time tattoo artist position with a stable and desirable salary.

Qualification:
1. Strong drawing skills.
2. Must be over 18. BFA or getting an art degree. Senior is preferred. No freshman or sophomore at this moment. Alumni are welcome.
3. Commit at least two afternoons’ Wednesdays to Saturdays during apprenticeship

2. Personal statement. Tell me about you. Why do you want to be in the tattoo industry?
