Ken Yasuhara is a Research Scientist in the department of Computer Science & Engineering.  Ken has interests in teaching and learning in computer science and mixed-methods research in education.  His disseration work focused on the gender gap in undergraduate CS, particularly at the introductory level.  Whenever he can, Ken enjoys vegetarian cooking (and eating), music, and cycling in the Seattle rain (instead of owning a car).
