CERSE Welcomes Naomi Yuen-Schat

Naomi is a third year undergraduate student majoring in Political Science with an emphasis in Political Economy and minoring in Gender, Women and Sexualities Studies. She is interested in global Indigenous sovereignty, as well as immigrants’ and women’s rights issues. She hopes to uplift BIPOC communities, women and marginalized groups through her work with CERSE. At CERSE, she will be primarily working on NWCIT. Growing up on Oahu, Naomi enjoys lots of outdoor activities like outrigger canoe paddling and hiking. Eventually she hopes to practice immigration law.
