CHDD Conference Rooms
Located in the CHDD Clinic Building
The CHDD has 4 conference rooms with
capacity ranging from 15-25 people for scientific and administrative
meetings (CD246, CD301, CD365, CD454). Each room is contains
an LCD digital projector, pull down projection screen, white board, teleconference phone, DVD/VCR combo player, and a video monitor. Key for equipment cabinets are in room CD399 (CHDD Budget office). Intial setup training for individuals or groups is available--contact Sally Schuh at 206-543-5017. Wireless ethernet is available throughout the CHDD Clinic building. Wired ethernet connection is also available.
CHDD conference rooms are scheduled via
a web-based scheduling system developed by staff of the Health Sciences
Academic Services and Facilities Computing Support. The availability
of conference rooms can be determined in advance to facilitate scheduling
of meetings and conferences. Also available for check out via a
self serve website are laptops, LCD projectors, and other digital equipment.
