The Computer Camp this year did lots of fun things! This page details a few of the fun things we did...

Dr. Dave Burgstahler talks to the College Preview campers about getting the necessary accommodations in college.

Visit from Dr. Dave Burgstahler... We had a visit from a real college professor on the 7th day of the session. He talked to us about how to talk to college professors about disabilities and accommodations. The "lecture" was informative and fun. Many of the campers also got to practice talking with a professor about the need for accommodations.

Flint Million shows the campers the various internal parts of the computer.

Computer Dissection... Intern Flint Million gave a wonderful presentation about how the computer works; specifically, how all the parts of the computer work. He showed the group the various parts of the computer, discussed how they work, and also explained some basics of how computers function.

College Preview campers chow down on the wonderful food at the Computer Camp Cookout!

Computer Cookout... No, we're not talking deep-fried RAM here, but rather a final meeting of the computer campers on the last evening to have a wonderful dinner, prepared by none other than Rick and Kris. Steak, corn-on-the-cob, and potatoes were on the menu. Great job, guys!
