Mentoring event for students interested in international careers

Wednesday, April 16th, 4:00-6:00 PM Speed Mentoring for International Careers (with International Professionals) This is an event to support students who have studied abroad and/or are seeking international careers and who seek perspective about possible career options and how to present themselves to potential employers. In an informal but structured setting, students meet with professional “mentors” who have an active career with an international component. Students enjoy unique access to a range of executives from multinational companies, private firms, and nonprofits. Food and drinks included. Space is limited to 40 students! Sponsored by Foundations for Global Scholars. Who are the mentors? A total of 10-12 mentors from various sectors. Location: Husky Student Union Building (the HUB), Room 250 This is a free event hosted by the Foundation for Global Scholars. It is an active representation of the Foundation for Global Scholars’ commitment to international education and the needs and interests of the students we support.
