What is UW Hand2Hand? Hand2Hand at the University of Washington is a pre-health community service club dedicated towards promoting healthand education for the underserved, with an emphasis on youth and homelessness, in the Greater Seattle Area. As a club we volunteer through numerous organizations such as Solid Ground, ROOTS, Jubilee Women’s Center, Northhelpline, Neighborcare Clinics, and many more. Every year we host our annual Health Career Banquet during Spring Quarter. What is Health Career Banquet? The 5th Annual Health Career Banquet hosted by UW Hand2Hand is an educational dinner for UW students to interact and connect with local physicians, pharmacists, dentists and other health professionals. Our goal for the dinner is to expand the knowledge of the student attendees as we work to pair students with a medical professional in a specialty of their interest (such as Pediatrics, Emergency Medicine, Surgery, etc.).
