Global Challenges — Interdisciplinary Answers on Health and Poverty

Join the UW Honors community at an event where we think bigger by thinking together.

UW Honors students responded to the question What keeps you up at night? with a number of major concerns, many of which lie at the crossroads between health and poverty. To illustrate how interdisciplinary ways of thinking can address complex challenges, three dynamic faculty members from different corners of campus will share their insights regarding healthcare access as it is limited by poverty, here in Seattle and around the world.

Please join us! Together, we’ll face this complicated issue not just as intellectuals, but as potential agents of positive change.

Global Challenges — Interdisciplinary Answers on Health and Poverty
Tuesday, November 3, 6:00-7:30 p.m. in the HUB South Ball Room
