The UW chapter of the American Mock World Health Organization (AMWHO) is hosting a Mock Debate session for students that would like to explore their public speaking skills and learn how AMWHO conferences proceed.
In an effort to expand their community, they would like to encourage students from all backgrounds and all class ranks to come to this debate on Monday, November 27th at 4:30 pm in HUB 307.
Come join them and engage in a lively debate where the preparation required is limited. This session is intended to help students understand what to expect during a conference and to build confidence through practice.
The theme for their first debate is Safe Injection Sites: The Street vs Concentrated Camp-Sites.
They will also provide snacks to keep that energy up!
