The Women’s Center Graduate Record Examinations prep course offers a comprehensive introduction to the GRE. It provides an overview of the exam, covering its overall structure, the types of questions that students will encounter, the testing environment, and available tools.
A substantial portion of the course is dedicated to providing students with means for maximizing their GRE scores; heavy focus is given to the academic content of the exam, methods for studying efficiently, and techniques that help to increase scores by taking advantage of the GRE’s design. Each of the various techniques is explained and reinforced by use in example.
