Want to know what it’s like to be a dental student? Are you interested in a career in dentistry?
OHSU ASDA is hosting Dive into Dentistry 2019 for those looking to pursue dentistry. Discover dentistry by acquiring hands-on experience in crown preparation, diagnostic impressions, cast fabrication, diagnostic wax-up, and anterior restoration.
The event is taking place Friday & Saturday, April 12th & 13th 2019 at OHSU’s Collaborative Life Sciences Building (2730 SW Moody Avenue, PDX).
To reserve your spot in the program:
1. Complete Three signed consent forms (medical, media, and liability) found on the website.
2. The event is $150 total that can be broken into two payments. A $75.00 nonrefundable deposit payable to Oregon ASDA to hold your spot. The other $75.00 is due by Friday April 5th (you can pay the entire amount up front if you want).
