Wilson, Bayu

My name is Bayu Wilson and I am from Olathe, Kansas. I am a freshman at UW and my planned majors are Physics & Astronomy. In my free time I like playing soccer with my friends, playing tuba in the Husky Marching Band, and exploring Seattle on my bike. I’ve been interested in Astronomy since about second grade and have stuck with it since. I always get this tingling feeling inside whenever I talk or hear about astronomy and it pushes me to learn more and more about it. I am most interested in researching the very large and very small. I really would like to discover more about the nature of dark matter, cosmic expansion, and black holes in general.
