Matt, Cayenne

Hi, I’m Cayenne Matt and I’m a freshman planning to double major in physics and astronomy. I was born here on the UW campus, but I have lived in four different countries during my life. I have wanted to study astrophysics for many years now and I’m so excited to finally be here! I joined pre-MAP as a way to get started with research as early as possible which I know is pretty important going into the field of science. My free time mainly consists of drawing and clay modeling with a dash of reading mixed in (oh, and sometimes homework).
