I have always been interested in astronomy, since I was a little kid I’d stay up late stargazing every time my family went camping. I hope to major in physics and astronomy because I want to know how everything works and why the universe is the way that it is. Washington has always been my home, but cloudy skies can be just as fascinating as clear ones. Pre-MAP is very exciting for me to be in, I see it as a jump start on my future career in astronomy. My other interests are geology, biology, music, and food.
