This screen was developed to allow staff to view the curriculum information on specific courses.
To search for a specific course, at the top of the screen, the first space designates the campus. It defaults to 0. The next space is for the curriculum abbreviation, i.e. ENGL. The third space is for the course number. If you leave this space blank, the system will return the first course in the curriculum.
The Search qtr is the effective quarter and year you are looking for information on the course. If you do not enter information in this space, the system will default to the current quarter and year.
Since some information regarding the curriculum changes over time, when requesting information on the same course for an earlier quarter/year, it is best to start over with SRF rather than using the SRT transfer option so the old information regarding the course is viewable.
