CODE: school code. Placing a X in the field before school code and sending will switch user to the SRF330 screen for that particular school.
SCHOOL NAME: displays school name that student is transferring credit from.
TYPE: displays whether school was a two year or four year school.
CRDT: total transferable credit from that particular school.
ATTENDED: dates student attended that particular school.
DEG: EARNED: will indicate if student earned a prior degree from that particular school.
RECORDED: Displays date transfer credit was recorded for that particular school.
TOTAL TRANSFER CREDIT: Summary of all transfer credit recorded separated into 2 yr, other and total credit categories..
TOTAL APPLIED TO UW: A maximum of 90 credits from community college coursework may be applied toward the credits required for the bachelor's degree.
NON-UW DEGREES: used to record a degree for graduate students who earned their undergraduate degree elsewhere.
TRANSCRIPT COMMENT: Displays Admissions transfer comments and Faculty Actions entered by GAR's staff regarding approved graduation petitions or exceptions made by departments, colleges and the Office of the Registrar.
