The 2016 YMA Fashion Scholarship / case competition is now open. The scholarship program seeks to support students in majors who closely align with the fashion industry including students focused on: advertising, communications, consumer science, costume design, apparel design, graphic design, economics, finance, information technology, management, marketing, merchandising, etc.
Scholarship awards are $5,000 and selected scholars are invited to attend the annual Awards Gala in New York City. Additionally selected students are matched with an industry mentor for the scholarship year. Last year 5 UW undergraduates received the award and traveled to NYC for the celebration.
Join us for one of the information sessions on Tuesday, April 26th! You’ll have the opportunity to talk with a program representative as well as alumni of the program.
