MURALIST ROSTER: Call for Artists
4Culture seeks qualifications from artists skilled, experienced, and interested in creating large-scale paintings and murals in Seattle and King County, WA.
4Culture is developing a new Muralist Roster which will pre-qualify artists to work on a variety of upcoming public art projects, including a new 2-mile street art corridor entitled The SODO Track. The Roster of up to 35 artists will be active for use from January 2017 through December 2018 and may be used for a variety of mural projects with 4Culture’s King County partners and consulting clients.
The roster will include both established muralists—artists with experience creating multiple large-scale murals—and entry level muralists—artists with a strong studio practice seeking mentorship to expand in scale and venue.
This opportunity is open to CA, OR and WA state artists skilled, experienced, and interested in creating large-scale paintings and murals in Seattle and King County, WA. Deadline for submission is October 24, 2016, 5:00 PM PST.
