PULP DESIGN STUDIOS seeks DESIGN ASSISTANT / SEATTLE, WA
FULL-TIME
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as first point of contact in the office.
- Assist with general HR and bookkeeping-related tasks.
- General office and project/staff-related tasks and errands
- Assist in planning team/office functions, lunches, sample sales, trade events, etc.
- E-commerce order processing, customer service and inventory management
- Website and blog updates
- Assist with various social media platforms
- Special projects involved with client and customer management
- Showroom/workroom visits, pick-ups/deliveries, and contractor scheduling
- Assist in design process; including site visits, installations, CAD drawings, FF&E selections, meeting scheduling and preparation, sample ordering, and project and purchasing-related coordination
- Assist with special projects related to brand campaigns, pop-ups, trade shows
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Formal education in interior design preferred, but not required
- Previous administrative experience preferred, but not required
- AutoCAD experience
- Ability to quickly learn new processes, procedures, and user interfaces
- Communicates clearly and effectively.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Customer service and/or client interaction experience
- Mac/Apple based user knowledge
- Must have a working vehicle for office & client-related errands
