Manifestaging supports home sellers and buyers with stunning designs that sell homes fast. When it comes to designs, we carefully curate to appeal to the largest group of potential buyers while showcasing design trends. We have years of professional staging and design experience and work with real estate professionals, investors, developers, and more to transform properties into homes anyone can see themselves living in.
We are hiring immediately for a full-time experienced home stager to create and implement beautifully designed interiors. We request a minimum of 1-2 years of staging or interior design experience. We are looking for a very organized, detail-oriented, able to go the extra mile to get the job done type of person.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Help determine the style of furniture and accessories that’s appropriate for the style of the property and is consistent with Manifestaging’s staging style as well as meets clients’ requirements
· Participate in selected property walkthroughs/meetings with clients.
· Help with set up, placement, and removal of home furnishings in different locations.
· Help with labeling, organizing, and adding inventory into Stageforce platform.
· Help with coordinating schedules.
· A Positive Energy in team collaboration and learning our brand is a must.
· Home decor handling / transporting / pickup and drop-offs. ·
· Knowledge of social media marketing, photography, video marketing, and sales is a plus!
